O+ OLIVE OIL

The extra virgin olive oil O+ is a blend of the autochthonous varieties Črnica and Drobnica, combined with the Istrian Belica and the Italian Leccino. It is produced using solely mechanical processes (cold press) from one single ingredient – olives.

Regional traits:

  • Winter cold – in winter, the area is usually exposed to low temperatures, which encourage olive trees to produce additional nutrients essential to their survival.
  • Without any lengthy dry periods, olive trees do not absorb all these nutrients.
