Taste: The taste evolves into delightful freshness. The finish delivers sweet almonds and currant.

Food pairing: A refreshing pre-dinner drink, excellent combined with fish (smoked salmon, grilled fish, octopus salad, fish soup). Complements cold cuts, some meat dishes as well as fruit salads.

Serving temperature:  6-8°C

Aging potential: best when fresh, but kept in a dark place up to 2 years
