Colour: Dark ruby red with purple hues indicates the intrepid nature of this young wine.

Aroma: Primary aromas of fresh, fully ripe fruit take us to the world of ripe red fruit – cherries, rasperries, sour cherries and plums.

Taste: A young wine with a delightfull freshness, a distinctive fruit-forward character and a long finish. A smooth and full taste surprises us with gentle bitter-sweet notes.

Food pairing: Prvin is an excellent match for autumn dishes, roast chestnuts and autumnal meat dishes. Prvin is not just a young wine that can be kept for some months but a wine with some aging potential. It definitely deserves a try.

Harvesting: exclusively handpicked grapes

This is a world-renowned procedure that originates from the Beaujolais region in Burgundy. Using this method, we macerate whole, selected grapes in cisterns under the influence of CO2. Within the grapes, certain processes occur that accelerate the transfer of aromatic and colour substances from the grape skin into the juice, and afterwards the must ferments at a controlled temperature
