Pinot grigio Quercus is a premium fresh wine of straw yellow color with a soft shade of pink. The aroma of the wine is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple and cinnamon. In the mouth, it gives a smooth taste, it is medium-bodied and enjoyably warm. Its finish is accompanied by a sense of silkiness and the aroma of citruses.
Pinot grigio Quercus can make a great appetizer and it is the right choice with oysters and seafood. It also pairs perfectly with everyday dishes such as fish and chips, burgers and pizza. It goes well with modern Japanese, Thai, Asian and Indian cuisine.
