Klet Brda at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2026: 8 Wines Score Above 90 Points

Outstanding results at this year’s Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) further strengthen Klet Brda’s reputation on the global wine stage as a winery renowned for its consistent quality. Among more than 17,000 wines from 58 countries, eight wines from Klet Brda and Klet de Baguer achieved scores of over 90 points, with Bagueri Superior Rebula 2021 standing out with an impressive 95 points.

This year’s judging panel consisted of 245 leading wine experts, including 63 Masters of Wine and 24 Master Sommeliers, making the competition one of the most rigorous and respected in the industry.

“Rebula is the signature variety of both our winery and our region, so we are particularly pleased that Rebula Bagueri Superior 2021 was awarded 95 points and a Gold Medal. Rebula Quercus 2025 also received an excellent score of 91 points. Having two Rebula wines rated above 90 points further enhances the reputation of our terroir and raises the international profile of the Rebula variety. I am especially pleased that such high scores were achieved by wines from both our fresh and approachable Quercus range and the fuller-bodied Bagueri range. All of these wines originate from vineyards included in our Selection and Grand Selection programmes,” said Chief Winemaker Darinko Ribolica.
