White Blend is a variety of the autochthonous Goriška Brda Rebula variety and the world-wide known Chardonnay. The wine is of straw yellow colour, clear, of fruity flavour which is reminiscent of citruses and peach. In the mouth, the wine is full, pleasantly lively, smooth and medium-bodied. |
| | | SAUVIGNONASSE
Sauvignonasse is a local variety of the broader area of the Friuli and Goriška Brda region. Its grape variety is Green Sauvignon. It is a quality wine of a pleasantly medium-bodied taste. Its flavour is reminiscent of field flowers and in particular of the acacia blossom. In the mouth, it tastes smooth and warm with an enjoyable, slightly bitter after-taste. |
| | | PINOT BLANC
White Pinot originates in France and belongs to the Pinot family. When a vintage is good it is mistakenly considered by many to be a Chardonnay. The wine is of yellowish colour with a subtle green spark. Its fruity aroma recalls apple, grapefruit and lemon. In the mouth, its taste is smooth, fresh, medium-bodied and pleasantly warm. |

Chardonnay is a quality wine of an enjoyable taste. Its varietal aroma is reminiscent of yellow apple and peach and is complemented by the subtle aroma of acacia. In the mouth, it has a smooth taste, medium-bodied and pleasing warmth. |
| | | FRIZZANTINO
Frizzantino is a fresh, lively and sparkly pearl wine of the Prosecco, Rebula and Chardonnay varieties. In its production, the charmat method is applied. Its taste is fresh, dry and nicely complemented by the residual sugar. It is pleasingly moderately sour, sparkly and medium-full. |

Merlot is a quality wine of a ruby red colour and a shade of grenat. Its aroma is fruity, reminiscent of red strawberry bushes, and rounded off by the subtle aroma vanilla. In the mouth, it is smooth, medium-bodied, fresh and subtly astringent. |
| | | CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Cabernet Sauvignon is of a dark ruby red colour with a shade of violet. Its varietal aroma is reminiscent of blackcurrant and green paprika. In the mouth, it tastes moderately full and slightly sweetish. Its after-taste is medium long and subtly astringent. |
